- An order confirmation will be sent to you via WhatsApp and email once your order is placed.
- Orders are delivered within 2-4 working days once dispatched.
- If a product is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will contact you to discuss a replacement or refund before proceeding.
- Payment modes accepted: Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Visa/Mastercard via our website. Remaining balance on pre-orders can be settled via Cash on Delivery, though fully prepaid orders are preferred and discounted.
