Refund policy
We take every measure to ensure your mangoes arrive fresh and in perfect condition. However, if you receive a spoiled or damaged product, we will make it right.
You are eligible for an exchange or refund if:
- You received a spoiled or damaged product upon delivery.
- You contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- You provide your Order ID and a clear photograph of the spoiled product.
Resolution options — your choice:
- Exchange — we will send you available products of the same value, minus shipping charges.
- Refund — we will return the full product amount via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
- Store Credit — we will add the full product value to your Baghistan account for use on a future order, shipping included.
Please note that exchange and refund requests are only accepted for spoiled or damaged products. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, consumed, or stored incorrectly.
How to Claim
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- Share your Order ID and a clear photograph of the spoiled product.
- Let us know your preferred resolution — exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your resolution within 3-5 working days.
